What does it cost the organiser?
Nothing upfront. We charge a small convenience fee per pass at checkout (shown to the buyer before they pay), or a custom flat fee for large fests. No setup fee, no monthly plan.
How fast can you go live?
Usually 48–72 hours after we receive your pass list, prices, poster and policy details. Plan for at least 3 days before your sale opens so we can run test payments with you.
When do we get paid?
50% of net sales is paid within 3 working days after sales close. The balance is paid after the event, except a 15% holdback kept for 7 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. Every payout comes with a settlement sheet.
Do buyers need to download an app or sign up?
No. Buyers open your link, pick a pass, pay with UPI or card, and get their QR pass on screen and by email. They can reopen it any time from its private link.
How does entry-gate scanning work?
Your volunteers open the scanner on any phone browser. Every QR is checked live: valid passes go green, duplicates and refunded passes are rejected, and you see the live count of who is inside.
Can we run promoter or ambassador codes?
Yes. Each promoter gets their own code and link, with an optional discount. You see a leaderboard of who sold how many, which makes paying commissions easy.
What kinds of events do you take?
College fests, club nights, concerts, house parties at licensed venues, workshops and conferences. We don't run events that need a licence you don't have, or anything illegal. See the guidelines for the full content rules.
Who handles refunds?
You set the refund policy, we publish it and process refunds on your instruction. If an event is cancelled, buyers are refunded first from the held money, and the organiser covers any shortfall. It's all in the agreement before sales open.
